While this site may be accessed in Malaysia and throughout the world Discount Baby makes no offer to sell products in any country outside Malaysia.

Prices:

Prices displayed are in Malaysia Ringgits and are subject to change without notice. All prices are inclusive of GST.

Placing Orders:

Take care in ensuring your order is accurate, especially in relation to colours. Actual colours appearing on your monitor may differ according to your monitor's settings. Should you need to exchange your goods all freight and insurance charges are your responsibility.

Payment:

Payment for on line orders can be made by credit card and no goods shall be dispatched without full payment for the cost of purchase and delivery charges being received in advance.

Delivery:

Delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer and fees commence with a minimum applicable fee and vary from time to time. Discount Baby will not dispatch orders to Post Office box addresses, although Discount Baby shall try to accommodate reasonable special arrangements for rural properties.

All reasonable efforts to deliver your order will be made by Discount Baby, however customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to receive delivery and sign for same. Discount Baby shall not be responsible for delivery being received by unauthorised persons. Any cost for re-delivery will be passed to the customer if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery.

Time for delivery of goods can be expected to take between 7 to 14 days. If for any reason Discount Baby is unable to dispatch goods within a two week period from date of order, Discount Baby will contact the customer and advise expected dispatch date. Should this be unsuitable to the customer, Discount Baby will offer either a full refund of the monies paid or suggest an alternative product.

Any damage to property during carriage or on delivery to the nominated address of the buyer will not be the responsibility of Discount Baby.

Return and Refunds:

Please choose your products carefully as Discount Baby will not refund for change of mind.

There will be no credit given on order price differences between Discount Baby Online prices and Discount Baby warehouse sale prices. All prices are for Discount Baby Online shopping only, and may vary according to our warehouse sale special prices and promotions.

In the event that incorrect goods are delivered, Discount Baby shall have no responsibility to replace same in the event that the goods are removed from their packaging. Further, usage of any goods in any way, as determined at the discretion and the sole opinion of an appropriate Discount Baby employee shall void any claims that incorrect goods have been delivered.

The customer is responsible for any freight and insurance charges involved in returning the goods back to Discount Baby.

Warranty:

All goods are covered by a 12 month guarantee back to base manufacturer warranty from the date of dispatch. Goods will generally be repaired or replaced. Discount Baby shall have no obligation to provide a refund where a back to base manufacturer warranty exists. The customer is responsible for any freight and insurance charges involved in returning the goods back to Discount Baby. Discount Baby will be responsible for the freight and insurance charges involved in returning the goods back to the customer.
